01 — Studio

A studio for
small businesses
adapting to a
changing web.

Small improvements. Lasting work.

02 — Philosophy

Kaizen (改善)
continuous improvement.

Kaizen is a Japanese word for the practice of small, ongoing refinements over time. Each change is modest. The compound effect, given enough time, is not.

We work the same way. A website isn't shipped and forgotten; it's built to grow with your business. We partner with small, family-run shops on Long Island — places that have already earned their reputation in the neighborhood and want their digital presence to match the quality of the work they already do.

Thoughtful, in your voice, easy to maintain. Built so the next change is the beginning, not the end.

03 — What we do

Five-page websites,
built to last.

Custom-designed marketing sites for small, established businesses — built on a CMS you can edit yourself, with the training to do it.

  • i.
    Custom website design
Rooted in how your business actually feels — not a template, not a trend.
  • ii.
    Self-managed CMS
Squarespace, Framer, or Webflow — chosen for the way you'll actually use it.
  • iii.
    Training & handoff
A short walkthrough so you can update menus, hours, and photos yourself.
  • iv.
    Brand starter add-ons
Business cards, email signatures, social banners — a complete look that travels.
Engagement Flat fee, $2,500–$4,000. Half on signing, half on launch.
04 — Selected work

In progress.

The studio is new. The first case study is being built right now — a redesign and rebuild for a 60-year-old Italian deli on Long Island. It will live here when it ships.

Case 01 · Coming soon 2026
Ardito's Italian American Deli
Mineola, New York — serving the neighborhood since 1965.
